Emma's Mom- after her 1st day
I want to thank you guys so much! I think Emma had a wonderful time at daycare--she sure came home happy and tired. She even fell asleep in the car on the way home! I was nervous about leaving her but heard she had a blast. Thanks again--all the reviews I read online were right--you guys are the best. And those pictures of her are now proudly displayed on my desk.

My Pug has been coming to the wonderful ladies at Austin Dogtown for doggy day care for over six months now, and he/we couldn't be happier! They are both incredibly nice and professional, and run a clean, well-supervised, and safe facility. Importantly, they're attentive to each dog's individual needs; for example, my dog has allergy/heat issues, and they do a great job of monitoring him when he's not 100%. Also, when he comes home, he's exhausted and well behaved (a good dog is a tired dog!) from all of the fun he's had during the day. Thank you ladies!

Our Labrador retriever goes to Dogtown nearly every day while we work, and we use Dogtown when we're out of town for boarding. We have a dog who gets anxious when we're gone, and Dogtown is the first place that he's been able to relax (and not get sick) when we're out of town. It's so nice to have FINALLY found a place that can be our dog's second home when we can't be around. I've never experienced a boarding or day care facility that provides such excellent care to the dogs. It's clear that the staff loves the dogs. Not only does our dog get lots of play time with his four-legged friends, but he also gets plenty of attention from the caring and professional staff. Becca (the owner) and her staff use positive reinforcement training methods to work with those dogs (like mine) who could use a little refinement in their daily manners, which is a huge bonus! The facilities are always clean, and play times are organized by temperament and size. Pick-up and drop-off couldn't be easier and is always very organized. We've been using Dogtown for about eight months now and wouldn't consider taking our dog anywhere else. And it's clear our dog loves Dogtown too -- he goes bounding in each morning to greet both the staff and the other dogs!

I was looking for a new Doggy Daycare when I moved to So. Austin. I initially just moved to the So. Austin site of my previous Doggy Daycare, won't mention the name, and did not have the same overall satisfaction from that site as I had the No. Austin site. Plus, they were outdoor only with crating between play times, so my boys were having bad allergies and coming home with higher levels of energy than they were supposed to after a day at daycare. So, I started looking around for a different daycare. I stumbled across Austin Dogtown on Citysearch. I sent and email to inquire about view the facility. It was right around the holidays, and those of us who do boarding and daycare know what a hectic time it is for them. The owner sent me an email and gave me a call. I set up a appt to go view the facility. I got the full tour and really like the fact that they are an indoor and outdoor facility. I scheduled the initial appt for the boys and haven't looked back since. Becca and staff are absolutely wonderful and my boys LOVE it there. I saw improvements in energy, or lack there of when I picked them up and the skin type allergies dropped drastically as well. I would highly reccommend this facility for those that have pampered pooch's like mine.

We have a large group of dogs since we foster rescue dogs. Also they have never been left overnight. I was very concerned about our skittish rescues. When we left them they were already making them at home. Special accommodations were made for the easily frightened ones, and making it fun for the more out going ones. I called regularly and got updates on all 6 of them. They never forgot a name and knew right away were they where and what they were doing. Some kennels put you on hold and go check on them. They were happy and well cared for when I picked them up. I was even given pictures of their stay. I researched boarding facilities for 3 months and visited over a dozen. The rest don’t even come close. If you are as picky as I am and want your dogs to interact with other dogs and humans. This is the place.
Hi Rebecca,
Just wanted to send a quick note of thanks. I picked up Maddie this morning and she was so happy. There is no greater peace of mind than a happy puppy!!
I scheduled more stays through the holiday season coming up. Thank you for creating a great home away for home for all of our 4-legged pals!! You are appreciated!!
Kind Regards,

Best Doggy Daycare in 78704 - Indoor Play Areas I have tried other doggy daycares in this vicinty and Austin Dogtown is the best. My dog is happy ,and more importantly, tired when I pick her up. The indoor play area is great and the facility never seems over-crowded. This means more attention to your dog with minimal crating.
Piper & Reba’s mom-- Feedback on Citysearch:
I have not seen a review on this day care and my dog is a daily visitor. Becca is the owner and has provided my dog, Piper, with nothing but outstanding day care. She has indoor and outdoor facilities to keep the dogs happy and moving. Piper has been in day care since she was 14 weeks and we recently moved from Boston. We arrived on a Thurday and Piper visited Becca on Friday. We were so impressed we left her for a half day while we bought house supplies. When we came back she was happy and seemed to have a great time. From that point on we have become regular customers.
We just returned from a week long vacation. Piper spent this time with Becca and her staff. She kept a daily log of her work outs, food, and bathroom info. She even took pictures of Piper at play to e-mail us so we could see how she was doing. I can't recommend this day care enough. It has been a positive experience and we look forward to day care every day. If you live in the South Austin area, or don't mind driving the extra few miles (We live in Central Austin), then this is your place. ***An update to the last review I posted....we brought home a new pup in January and she has been in daycare since she was 15 weeks. Becca and staff have welcomed Reba with open arms and have cared for her through her spay and puppy growth. Reba flings herself out of the door each morning and practically jumps into Becca's arms. That's a happy dog and loves her daily routine. Having two labs at Dogtown has provided me the opportunity to work worry free, ensure they are being exercised daily, and that their socialization and manner training continues when I can't be there. Becca and staff are great and as the business grows continue to accomodate us daily and for overnights. Thanks for all you do. We truly recommend this day care to EVERYONE and will continue to do so.
Austin Dogtown did an amazing job boarding my dog over a long weekend. The place was nicely kept with room for the dogs to play outside. The owner seemed very knowledgable and attentive and really seemed to love dogs. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for all the loving care you gave Tilly while we were out of town. It made us all feel better to know she was somewhere great.
Take care and happy new year to you all.

Our dog Shelley had her first-ever boarding experience at Dogtown and we were very happy with the way she was treated and cared for. We'll definitely
go back again in the future.
