General FAQs
Q: What are your age requirements?
A: We welcome puppies from 16 weeks of age (with completed vaccinations) through 13 years. This age range ensures all dogs can safely enjoy our active environment while maintaining the energy and stamina for group play.
Q: Can I observe the facility?
A: We dedicate our entire facility to the dogs during operating hours, we offer scheduled facility tours during specific times—after the day’s activities but before evening pickup begins. This scheduled approach ensures both the safety and comfort of our pack.
Q: What happens if my dog needs medical attention?
A: Your dog’s health is our priority. In case of emergencies requiring acute care, we’ll transport your dog to the nearest animal hospital. For non-emergency situations, such as minor illness or an aggravated previous injury, we’ll contact your designated local emergency contact. This is why we require all boarding clients to provide a local emergency contact.
Q: Do I need to book my dog services in advance?
A: Yes, we recommend booking your grooming appointment in advance as our schedule fills quickly. Grooming services are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with our expert groomer, Becky.

Boarding FAQs
Q: What should I pack for my dog’s stay?
A: Keep it simple! We provide all bedding and toys. Just bring your dog’s food portioned into individual bags for each meal, any medications with clear instructions, and keep their collar on them. We’ll take care of everything else to ensure your dog’s comfort and safety.
Q: What does a typical day look like for boarding dogs?
A: Boarding dogs start their day with breakfast before the daycare dogs arrive. They then fully participate in our daycare activities throughout the day. Boarding dogs enjoy regular outdoor breaks, dinner between 4-5 PM on weekdays (adjusted for weekends), and a final outdoor bathroom break before bedtime. Overnight, they rest comfortably in their accommodations.
Q: Can I get updates about my dog during their stay?
A: Absolutely! You’re welcome to email us anytime for updates about your dog, and don’t forget to check Instagram, where we regularly post photos of the boarding dogs. For dedicated attention, we offer our PupDate service for $7 per day, which provides special photo updates of your dog’s stay with us.
Q: What happens if I need to extend or shorten my dog’s stay?
A: We understand plans can change. For any stay modifications, contact us as soon as possible to check both availability and options. Standard stays require 3 days’ notice (by 7 AM) to avoid cancellation fees, while holiday periods require 10-21 days’ notice for any changes. Late cancellations will be charged for the first five days of their stay, or the full reservation if it is shorter.
Q: How do you handle medications for dogs who are boarding?
A: Special medical needs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. However, we’re experienced in administering basic medications including pills and topical treatments as part of our standard boarding service. All medications must be discussed before your stay, and they should come with clear written instructions.

Grooming FAQs
Q: How long does grooming take?
The time grooming sessions take will vary depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and the services requested. We prefer not to rush the process, ensuring each dog receives patient, thorough attention for the best possible experience and results.
Q: How often should I schedule grooming for my dog?
A: The ideal grooming frequency varies by breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Generally, we recommend:
- Short-haired breeds: Every 6-8 weeks
- Long-haired breeds: Every 4-6 weeks
- Double-coated breeds: Every 6-8 weeks, more frequently during shedding seasons
We’re happy to create a personalized grooming schedule that keeps your dog comfortable and looking their best.
Q: Can I combine grooming with daycare?
A: Yes! We offer a special combined rate for grooming and daycare. When you book a full-service groom, you can add daycare for just $30 (regular rate $37). This allows your dog to enjoy a day of play while also getting their grooming done—making the most of their time with us.
Additionally, you can also make an appointment for a one-off add-on service, such as teeth brushing, nail trims, or a bath, for dogs who are joining us for daycare or boarding.
