Our non-holiday policy requires 72 hours notice for canceling a boarding reservation and 24 hours notice for daycare (so by 7am 72 hours or 24 hours prior to the start of a reservation). During busy holiday periods, we require 10 to 21 days notice (and a credit card # will be taken to hold all reservations). If these guidelines are not met, additional fees will apply.
