Welcome Evaluation ($30)
Your dog’s first day is about understanding their unique personality and ensuring they’ll thrive in our environment.
After their stay, you’ll receive a comprehensive assessment and personalized schedule recommendations.
Attendance Requirements
All dogs must:
- have completed an evaluation day
- have current health records on file
- be spayed/neutered (6+ months)
- be under 13 years of age
- have current preventative care
- know basic command response
- have comfort with occasional rest periods

A: Our daily rate is $37 for a single dog, with discounted rates of $35.50 per dog for multiple dogs. We also offer value packages: a 10-day package for $350 ($35/day) or a 20-day package for $650 ($32.50/day). All packages are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from purchase.
Q: What are your drop-off and pickup times?
A: We welcome dogs during two convenient windows: morning drop-off between 7-10 AM, and evening pickup between 4-6:30 PM. These hours ensure we maintain structured activities throughout the day.
Q: What happens if I’m running late for pickup?
A: We understand delays happen. If you think you’ll be late, please notify us by phone or email as soon as possible. Pickup between 6:30-6:45 PM incurs a $15 late fee. After 6:45 PM, or without notification, we’ll arrange overnight boarding at our standard rate of $53 (separate from daycare charges). You can pick up your dog the next morning between 7-10 AM Monday through Friday, or at 10 AM on Saturday.
Q: Can I observe the facility?
A: We dedicate our entire facility to the dogs during operating hours, we offer scheduled facility tours during specific times—after the day’s activities but before evening pickup begins. This scheduled approach ensures both the safety and comfort of our pack.
Q: Do you provide progress updates?
A: We provide a comprehensive update after your dog’s evaluation day. For regular visits, we’ll contact you if any specific issues need attention. We encourage you to follow our Instagram page, where we regularly share photos and updates—you might spot your pup having fun with their friends! And rest assured, we’re always happy to answer any questions you may have!
Q: What are your age requirements?
A: We welcome puppies from 16 weeks of age (with completed vaccinations) until they reach 13 years. This age range ensures all dogs can safely enjoy our active environment while maintaining the energy and stamina for group play.
