What happens if I don’t make it to pickup by dog from daycare by 6:30?

Daycare Pickups end at 6:30pm- If your dog is picked up between 6:30- 6:45, then the card on file will automatically be charged a $15 late pickup fee (we must receive an email or phone call letting us know that you are on the way or your pup will be boarded). At 6:45 PM, your pup will be boarded for the evening at the rate of $53 per night (in addition to the day of daycare charge). You will be asked to pickup between 7-10 AM the following day (or 10am on Saturday).
